The only downside is that the service can be a bit slow at times, especially during busy hours. It sometimes takes longer than expected for the food to come out, but when it does, it’s always fresh and tasty. Overall, a solid place for a drive-in meal—just be prepared to wait a little“

“Fantastic. The best burgers in the world! And their Gluten Free buns are the best out there. Last time we went (closest one is an hour away) I asked about their buns. Our server said that they make their own Gluten Free buns in a dedicated facility! I was going to tell Chick-fil-A to get their Gluten Free buns from the same place, because their Gluten Free buns are TERRIBLE. Anyway, please open a location in HERMITAGE PA 16148! We only have a 5Guys and they are awful. Also RR has dedicated fryers so Gluten Free people can also have their fries. Thank you RED ROBIN for great service & delicious food.“

“I like and enjoy the last call , the waitress I get EVERYTIME I'm there is amazing!!!!! she has the best work ethic and is very welcoming. the only problem I've ever had at last call was the buffalo chicken dip didn't have much chicken but other than that everything was super tasty and we had an amazing time . “We tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was delicious! I'm a huge trash panda and usually only like cheap burgers like from dairy queen but these were anything but fast food and I really liked it.
I got the smash burger with fries and an unsweetened ice tea. The smash burger was really good. I thought it was tiny at first but turned out to be the Perfect size for me. They have this Bubba sauce that I had put on the side that is actually pretty good. It's not thousand island it's a bit different. The tea was definitely freshly brewed.
My husband got the Mononga-Hella burger. It was a burger between two grilled cheese texas toast. He loved it and the fries. We also got a white pizza to go. It had a thin crust, basalmic vinegar, chicken chunks and tomatoes. I wasn't a huge fan of the tomatoes or the sweet vinegar but my husband loved it.
The prices were very reasonable and our waitress was great.
It's an interesting place. Huge and looks like it'd be great for large crowds. They have seating outside too. And inside you can see people ice skate. Overall, we will definitely return!“

“This is one of the Best restaurant experiences I’ve had in quite a while. First to start off I had a very nice waitress named Makayla. When she walks up to our table, she was smiling and greeting us, and asking us for our drinks. She even complimented my necklace! She was so nice. Makayla was really quick with our drinks. When we put our orders in between the time she put our orders in and we got our food she at least checked on us twice to make sure we were OK. After we got our food, she checked on us a couple more times and I was really grateful that she did because I did forget something That I wanted, and she was happy to be able to help me order that too. I drink soda very fast, so she came a lot to refill my drink, which was very thoughtful. We had a short conversation too, and she is such a nice and strong young lady. I can just tell she’ll get far in her life. I decided to give her a $25 tip. I wanted to give her more but that’s all I had in the moment. I will definitely be coming back again just to have her haha. But in all seriousness, Makayla is the best waitress I have ever had.“

“Some of the best burgers I've had, nice hotdogs as well. My partner had one of their new veggie burgers last time and she loved it.
It's nice that they always ask before adding toppings or condiments, my partner can't have mayo and some other places will just slap it on without asking.
Overall, really good food, pretty damn quick at a damn good price. Can't recommend enough.

But then we hit the drive through and it was obvious- of they don't have the staff to run things well then I guess they focus on what they CAN do! Hot fresh fries, perfect burger, fast, polite, no mistakes, and a proper amount of ketchup packets. Keep it up guys!“

I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “The team at the McMurray DQ is wonderful! I came in requesting about 25 separate orders for a takeout lunch for residents at my job. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. They separated and labeled all the orders, had all the drinks packaged nicely in carriers, and helped me get everything out to my car. Everyone was very friendly and didn’t make me feel like a bother at all. I would highly recommend this location!“

“Restaurant had a very busy drive thru but I still got good friendly service inside. The food was hot and fresh and served quickly considering how busy they were. The dining room was clean and so was the men’s restroom. The only flaw was no Dr Pepper but I’d give them 9 out of 10 overall.“

They have tenured staff who you can tell really care about providing good service. They remember your name. If something is wrong, they're always happy to make it right.

“I usually don't go to this chain unless I'm traveling and it's the only thing available. Recently I heard someone mention a new burger was on the menu. I decided to give the Arch burger a try. It was really good. It was the best burger I've experienced at this chain in many years. I hope this is the beginning of better menu items in the future. To me the Arch burger is a hit and should be on the menu permanently. I will definitely be willing to eat more of those and have already recommended it to 4 people already.“

“A very nice location! The dining area is always clean, design is on trend. Workers have always been pleasant to me and food is always tasty. This location tends to be very busy as it is on Meadowlands Road down from the casino and is also just off of I 79. Lots of trucks will pull in here to grab a bite. The workers are always moving and getting orders together. If you have to wait a few minutes, it is understandable as it does tend to be a busy location. Be patient and give the workers grace. Recommend!“
