The sandwich was served hot and fresh, and it tasted very good. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and well prepared. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. Overall, I had a very pleasant dining experience.

Went in for some overpriced chicken. We were told to pull in the drive thru lane and there would be a 4 to 5 minute wait. 15 minutes later I went into the store to inquire what was going on, but had to wait longer because there was no one at the counter to ask. At this point, waited over a 22 minutes for food, after finally inquiring what was going on they said that they hadn't started making it yet (they forgot to drop the boneless wings). Asked for a refund and was held hostage while the manager could not figure out how to refund all while having my card so I couldn't leave. Had to stop somewhere else to pick up food, drop my wife and daughter off at home so they could eat and drive back 40 minutes each way and still spend 25 minutes before the manager gave cash back to me because he couldn't figure out how to refund with a credit card. We used to come to this establishment on a regular basis. Every time we would have to wait for food. But they were nice so we continued our patronage. The child seats are disgusting. The soda machine never works, so no refills. Would not recommend.

stopped by the Popeyes in North Versailles for lunch today, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, bright, and welcoming, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles. My order came out fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked — exactly what you want from Popeyes!
The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right with that signature Louisiana flavor. The red beans and rice were rich and savory, and the biscuits were warm, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth good. I also tried the strawberry lemonade, which was refreshing and hit the spot.
What really stood out, though, was the service — friendly, fast, and attentive. The team made sure everything was perfect and even checked to see if I needed anything else. You can tell they take pride in their work.
If you’re in the area and craving great fried chicken and top-notch service, Popeyes North Versailles is definitely worth the stop. I’ll be back soon!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Popeyes location. As always, I love Popeyes food. Too many times, I have gone to other locations and consistently gotten awful service. So I am very happy that here I got the food that I expect in a reasonable time with the order being correct.
