Placed order online. Food was ready close to estimated time. Place was filthy inside and their was some ball of meat and sticky stains on the floor in the wait area. Staff doesn't have much problem letting adult language go in an earshot of my 6 year old. Food was meh. Nothing special but edible. Would be interested to see if other primanti bro spots have a better feel.

2 hours to get cold, hard wings & 2 terrible sandwiches. No corned beef so I couldn't get a reuben also out of steak & cheese sandwich, my husband's choice. Extremely disappointed

Good food, but a lot more than I can eat and I don't particularly like fries on my sandwich. The servers and kitchen staff seemed to be under staffed and we had to wait 45 minutes for our food at dinner time. Our server was stressed out and didn't give me the correct change. The place was so busy and crowded that I just let it go and lost about ten dollars.

How much notice does one need to give that they are bringing a large party (40) to get good service??? Well apparently over a month and two calls wasn’t adequate. When l got there l identified myself and the staff wasn’t even aware I was bringing 40 guests. One waitress for 40 people. I was in this establishment for over 3 hours and not one person in my party of 40 got food. The kitchen staff and management poorly treated our server. She asked on our behalf how much longer before our 40b orders would be ready. Their reply was the reason we started cancelling our orders and left. Fortunately their location in North Hills had my order ready in less than 15 minutes. I stopped there on my an hours drive home.

We had a retirement party here at the North Versailles location, roughly 30 people. Arrived at 7PM on a Saturday. Store was very busy. Orders for food were taken at roughly 8PM. However food did not even begin to arrive until 10PM. Most the party cancelled their food order, paid for their drinks and left. Some of us drove from an hour or more away, flew, and paid for hotels, to send the man off to retirement, just to basically get a soda or beer that we could have gotten somewhere much closer to home. When talking with the server, she said they were behind for an hour or more all day, and I saw the same people waiting in the entry way for their food for just as long. The server was nice and understanding at least, but when your ticket times are 2+ hours, then you need to stop taking new orders/customers and get caught up. I don't know if management is just afraid of bad reviews from potential customers, but bad reviews from actual customers are just as bad, and they lost out of a lot of money that day. I wouldn't blame people if they just walked out on their bills. Two or three of the ladies complained to the manager, and another said they were calling corporate to complain. I have no clue if the food is good or not. I never got mine. Total, complete, and utter failure. I'm told service here isn't always like that since some people live nearby, but I live too far away to know if that's true or not.

On this visit your servant Eden brought the drinks and menus then went to talk to the kitchen staff for 15 minutes. Once he did take our order it took a long time to get the food. The food was delicious but the service was horrible. Please retrain Eden on how to be a good waiter.

I ordered on doordash, my sirloin steak and cheese was customized how I wanted, my food was extremely delicious and came really hot just like if I would have dined in, I will definitely be ordering again soon

Service is always terrible when you get take-out. I ordered a fish sandwich, waited 45 min.before I asked where my order was, I gave them my name when I ordered. Nobody called my name when food was done. It was sitting there for I don't know how long. Asked why nobody told me, wait-staff said it wasn't her fault. Happens all the time when I order to go.While waiting for order I sat at the bar for over 30 minutes, never approached by bar-maid to see if I wanted a drink. Horrible service all around. Might not return, even though I enjoy their food.
