Stopped in this location Monday, November 7, 2023 it was mid- afternoon. We requested a booth by the window and the host informed us that we had just missed the rush and the tables weren't yet wiped down but he quickly escorted us to the table after he quickly cleaned it. I ordered a grilled chicken- spinach sandwich, my son an enormous steak sandwich and we split some wings. There were some issues with the order but the host- waiter graciously, apologeticly and quickly fixed...read full review

Service is always terrible when you get take-out. I ordered a fish sandwich, waited 45 min.before I asked where my order was, I gave them my name when I ordered. Nobody called my name when food was done. It was sitting there for I don't know how long. Asked why nobody told me, wait-staff said it wasn't her fault. Happens all the time when I order to go.While waiting for order I sat at the bar for over 30 minutes, never approached by bar-maid to see if I wanted a drink. Horrible...read full review
