Canes chicken simply tastes better than any other

Fries was cold and nasty but the chicken was good sauce okay appreciate the customer service.

We've been to this restaurant many times and usually have no issues, but today we did. I paid cash and the cashier didn't guess me the change. They asked me if I wanted it or not, and I said yes. They had to wait for someone else to pay cash to get me my change. Not sure why a manager wasn't able to open yhe drawer and take care of it. Also, the ketchup dispenser was empty, we let them know but no one did anything about it. There were several tables that weren't clean, and a few employees that weren't doing anything. A large group of people came in, 15-20 in line waiting to order and they still only had 1 register open, again not sure why a manager didn't step in or have someone else on register.
UPDATE: Corporate reached out to me about the post and apologized for the issues. They did send me 2 coupons, which I appreciated, but didn't expect. We've since been back and the service was great.

it was clean, quick and staff were friendly

The food lacks flavor. It’s almost as if I am eating air. The only thing about this 3 piece meal that had flavor was the Texas toast. Even the sauce is flavorless. How is a sauce flavorless? First and last time. KFC, Popeyes, even Burger King is a better option. Save your money. It’s all hype.

This is one of the few fast food restaurants where the staff is friendly and the dining area is clean. Also, the food is very tasty.

Have taken my daughter for the past 3 birthdays she loves it ! The service is always so great and friendly but they really went above and beyond this year for her birthday and they were so nice idk where they find these people but 100/100 recommend and will be back !
