The food was delivered hot and fresh and was set up on time and professionally. My employees immediately began to make their plates - there was very little teriyaki flank steak or chicken kabobs left at the end of the day. Many got seconds, and many took a plate home to share with their family. The food was delicious (down to the handmade salad dressings!), the process was seamlessly painless and professional. The appetizer of smoked salmon was tasty - the hen egg was nice twist. The pink moon oysters were not what we expected - flavors were fine but not sure we'd get again. Overall, the meal was very good with enough choices.“

The owner followed up with me a few days later to see how things went. That was so special and meant the world to me. “I was impressed that our table was thoughtfully set for the 3 in our reservation. I hate when they remove the 4th place setting after I’m seated. If you’re the “odd man out” you understand! Our dinner was delicious and service was excellent. Tried the special appetizer of grilled squid and octopus. Tender and tasty. A couple different hummus were delish. Two of us had the Branzino. Filleted table side with expertise. A large portion. Moist and flavorful. I don’t remember what other person ordered but he enjoyed it. Had to try the baklava for dessert. Wished the serving was larger; taste was authentic. We took our time with each course. We were not rushed. We will definitely return!“

“The Whitpain Tavern is my go to neighborhood bar and restaurant. Great food, friendly employees and some of the best cocktails out there. The bar has it's share of regulars and it is always fun to go in, have a drink and talk with everyone at the bar. Tina who works behind the bar during the day is one of the best bartenders out there. Friendly, attentive, remembers her customer's names and knows her craft. Pat and Alex the owners are hands on, there every day and take pride in their establishment. Two super nice people that get to know their customers. The Whitpain is like my Cheers and I look forward to my visits there each week.“
