Shake Shack Montgomeryville

I like the food generally. But the team members here really made my experience. Brittany was the cashier and explained things very well and nicely to me. She came to check up on us near the end of our meal as well, very friendly. Hanz dropped our food off and smiled, extremely friendly. Jason gave us a bag and box for our leftovers, again with a smile. The whole team is a pleasure. They all work hard.

If you want to wait 20 minutes for a $25 burger, fries and shake, this is the spot for you. The ambivalence from the workers is abundant and free. Enjoy!

I don't know what is going on but something was really, really wrong with the people that work in the front. It's seems as though they are not happy working there so find another JOB. The cashier waited on the customer in front of me then walked away and started making drinks like were was standing there to order. After she finished making three drinks she finally came over and said NOTHING!!!! I had to say hi how are you? SMH!! Then the guy who was dropping off the food to people can't talk either. Something was really really going on but the manager came from the back and made are day and said HELLO and made sure everyone was waited on and he noticed the guy give us the food and said nothing and the manager says thanks for coming. SMH!! They need to be like him.

Had delivery through the app. Requested no salt on the fries due to health issue and received fries that were clearly covered in salt like it was done on purpose. Also requested utensils and ketchup. Was given no utensils and 1 packet of ketchup. Surely with the cost of food in this place they could spare more than 1 packet along with utensils.

Normally I wouldn’t rate a shake shack but the manager (or guy working front of house) here is remarkable. He’s like a throwback to an old diner: he knows the names of the regulars, buses the tables and hand delivers their food. It makes for a surprisingly welcoming and unique experience in what otherwise looks like any other shake shack :)

I literally walked into the place. There was no one there to greet me. I placed my own order, and at the end of the order, it tried to by default leave a default % tip. So ridiculous, and this was after I had paid over $30 for two burgers and fries.

I don't go out much, why have employees other than cooks? Burger and shake were fabulous but rather costly i thought. Id definitely go again tho.

ORDERED AVOCADO BACON BURGER WITH NO CHEESE AND LETTUCE TOMATO AND ONIONS GOT THE BURGER WITH NO LETTUCE OR TOMATO OR ONIONS AND WHEN I TOOK IT BACK INSTEAD OF MAKING A NEW ONE THEY GAVE ME THE FIXINGS IN A BAG THIS IS THE SECOND TIME DOING THIS IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT RIGHT DON'T GIVE IT TO ME TO MAKE IT FOR YOU SHAME GOOD FOOD CRAPPY EMPLOYMENT

They always always forget something, and it’s usually the side of Shack Sauce. Really really annoying
