“Best dunkin, staff is so kind despite being short staffed some times there is only one person working and they keep their cool and are extremely nice, management is excellent and ive only had one bad experience here and it was fixed immediately. These reviews seem to just be stuck up people who are impatient and not understanding, the staff may seem tired and annoyed but how would you feel about people constantly screaming, treating and constantly giving rude comments to the workers. It seems everytime I come here there is always customers being rude and saying sparky comments when the employees walk away.“

“I think the very few bad reviews are pathetic. The hours are on Google and their social media. And like most bakeries, bakery items sell fast. You have to go as early as possible. Them selling out fast is a clear indicator that their menu items are good! The owners are super sweet, friendly and helpful. Their donuts are also delicious! The fillings are not too sweet and a good balance.“

“We drive from Pottstown at least twice a month for the donuts. This past weekend we got Oreo and let me tell you, they were the best. Kudos to the women behind the counter, they always have smiles and are extremely friendly. We will continue to make the drive as long as they continue to make the donuts.“

They are located on E 3rd Street in Southside Bethlehem. I ordered Honey Roasted Brussels (weekly special) and one of their most popular sandwiches; O.M.G (Oh My Gouda). Both Fantastic! The Brussels were tossed in habanero infused honey and then topped with scallions, walnuts, and bacon bits. Best I've ever had! Oh My Gouda is made with oven roasted turkey, bacon, gouda, lettuce, tomato, basil, honey dijon, and mayo. It's served on fresh Italian Bread. Absolutely recommend! I could eat at this place every day! It's a little pricey, but worth every penny. Pickup and delivery are both available. “The best Dunkin I have ever been to! You can order ahead while you’re turning into the Weis plaza and your food and drinks will be ready when you arrive. I have been going here since it opened probably 10 years ago and I have NEVER gotten an incorrect order once. The food is always super hot and the drinks are perfect. “My first time visiting this location and it was a just a little bit before they closed (last minute decision on my way home).It was very clean and better than most I have been to.The girl who took our drink order and prepared it was absolutely AWESOME and SO SWEET!!! “I'm giving a good review, but this is also a bad review. This morning me and a friend went to get a couple donuts for a coffee and road trip. Now the donuts bread everything they bake there is wonderfully delicious. The place could actually use a nice makeover and the service is generally really good although today there was a where am I going to rather large woman, grazing behind the counter and she was in beast mode. She was very rude. I don't know if she's having a problem right now, but boy is she letting every customer in front of me have it And the buddy who I was with said that I have a napkin and pretty much before he even finish she said NO! I looked at him and kind of chuckled, but he didn't think it was very funny.“

“We've been regulars since we moved here 10 years ago. If you arrive at prime time or on the wekends in the AM, there will be a wait. GET OVER IT! During the covid period when there was a labor shortage, the employees busied their butts. Good food and friendly service. When I received the wrong breakfast wrap, I called them and was told to remind them & I'll get a free wrap. I got a free wrap the next day. No problem! Also, love the senior discount.“

“Went hear for a break time snack while working. I’ve been here before but not for a while. They used to have a Baskin Robins ice cream shop within it but it’s gone now. The place was remodeled and looks great. Great layout with plenty of seating. The service was pleasant and quick. We purchased a holiday latte and some donuts and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The bagel could have been more toasted but I’ve noticed with other Dunkin Donuts franchises, the bagels are never toasted enough. I guess you have to ask for it more toasted. The latte was prepared well, the donuts good as usual. “It's a little more out of my way, but the one closest to me always screws up my coffee. At this one they always get it perfect ?. And they usually move pretty fast too. I always go to the drive thru but even if there's a long line it usually moves pretty quickly. Never came across a rude or unpleasant employee either.“

“It depends what DD you go to. The one on S. 4th. Street...no booths to sit. Just a couple of stools or you can lean on the counter. Not comfortable to stay and enjoy. I didn't get anything, I didn't stay. The DD on Airport Rd. has booths and tables. More comfortable for paying customers, and service is more friendly.“

“The crew here always tries to do their very best. Drinks and food are made as requested. I only took one star away do to the uncleanliness of the location. Multiple tables were sticky, litter was on the floor. A good experience would have been made great if it was cleaner.“

“A DIFFERENT DUNKIN made 2 sandwiches wrong and made my iced coffee with tea. I was on my way to airport road. Went into THIS Dunkin on airport road and they KNEW it wasn't their cup but fixed it for me anyway. (I didn't try to trick them I just said another Dunkin made this with tea.
