You should probably wear gloves while touching food and serving customers. I've watched the kid make two different orders and drop the cups on the ground where there's food on the ground and he still use those same cups to serve the drinks to drive through
Every time I go to this Dunkin I am always let down by their carelessness when making the drinks and the food. Something always come out wrong and when you ask them to fix it, they don’t, they do a “quick fix”. I ordered a coconut limeade and never asked for cold foam but they put it on anyway and when I asked them to fix it, the guy JUST DUMPED THE TOP OFF AND DIDNT FIX THE DRINK. i asked for a chicken pepper wrap on 4/16/26 and thy said they had it then gave me an bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. They have done this multiple times now and i went at 5:10 and one person was ahead of us…the busy excuse is bs.
