At the start of the semester, RMU sent an email about signing up for their birthday club to possibly win a cake! I feel so lucky, and the owners were such amazing, lovely people. We brought this cake to a friends house for soup cook-off. Although we were voting for our favorite soup, everyone agreed the lemon cake was the true winner - there were no leftovers! Great crust and the filling wasn’t overly sweet, apples had a bite still and the spices were perfect! I had a good cappuccino as well! Definitely recommend and will be back!“
