I’ve ordered from several Paneras in the Pittsburgh area and out of state when traveling. Since I always order the same meal ( tomato soup, tuna salad sandwich and something from the bakery) it’s easy for me to make comparisons. The Oakmont branch is far and away the best. They never skimp on the tuna salad and the soup is always good. And once when they were out of an extra item I ordered they sent me (I always use Uber Eats) a complimentary brownie and an apologetic note....

The staff is very good and they work very hard. While we were there, the dining room was being attended by a wonderful staff person who really deep cleaned tables after customers left. Love it! In

My iced caramel latte was not iced and very watery. They did give me a cup of ice to make it iced but the taste was not very good. My bagel did not have the spread as ordered and had to request that as well. Today might have been an off day. Will have to try another time.
