“You Need To Know? Arrived a little after 6 on a friday night & we got the last table available. We had to wait quite some time to place an order to the point we had to ask the waitress if we can order. We had the veggie pizza, a traditional square with sweet sauce & bacon & we also ordered a pound of the sweet fire chicken bites. The pizza was amazing, soft dough, sweet sauce with the salty smoked bacon was a real winner. The bbq sauce had a bit of a bite to it. Tasty for sure! “Waldo’s has become my all-time favorite place to get wings! Both boneless and bone in, the flavor selection and taste is superb! I get the xtra mild sauce which doesn’t irritate my heartburn. The crisp is perfect. Waldo’s gives HUGE portions to the point where myself and my partner have to share a meal & we still have leftovers! You get an amazing value for what you’re paying, which is a very affordable price to begin with. The staff is always friendly and attentive, even when the place is packed. The patio is really nice to sit at. They have bands and live music from time to time as well. I can’t recommend Waldo’s enough!“

“I won a gift card to this restaurant from a raffle at Dunmore Elementary. My wife & I went tonight. It was a Wednesday night so we were not expecting a crowd. There was a decent group of people there for a Wednesday. We sat ourselves at a table off to the side in the bar area. The bar tender came over right away and introduced herself. She was very nice. We ordered 2 entrees and split them. We ordered the 16oz Sirloin steak entree and the shrimp skewers entree. Wow! I did not expect such a massive steak! It was huge. We ordered it medium. It was cooked perfectly. And I know. I was a chef for many years working in kitchens. Whoever cooked this steak knew what they were doing. It was seasoned well and topped with blue cheese crumbles. Mouth watering. The Shrimp skewers were seasoned with a Cajun spice and rested on a bed of rice pilaf. Delicious. It had a little kick. But not too much. Just right. We each got the seasoned vegetables and mashed red potatoes as our sides. Portions were generous. My wife took half of hers home for lunch tomorrow. I on the other hand will not be defeated. I cleaned my plate. The red skin mashed potatoes were the star of the show. Wow! They did not need any gravy or anything. So buttery and good. Same with the mixed vegetables. Perfect. We were both pleasantly surprised. The bar tender kept checking on us and refilled my Diet Coke without me even asking. She was really fantastic. On the ball and she had a full bar of customers by the time we left. That did not stop her from taking care of us. We would definitely recommend this restaurant. Great hidden gem in Dunmore. As we were leaving and walked past bar area I said to my wife, “This would be a fun place to watch a game or big sporting event.” Well sure enough there were signs for future happy hours and upcoming games. “Bryden the bar tender is cool. Got us our drinks and we made fun of horse girls for a bit. Place has darts and yuengling so it's really all you need as far as a bar goes. Bunch of TVs too so you can bring your friend with ADHD and he can chill out.“

“One of the Greatest places in the NEPA region for food, music and events. They hold a great open mic event every week which is a hot pot for local musicians. The staff are cool , friendly and solid. The ownership is good people and it's a great little stage with big energy. Stop on by , something is always going on.“

“So much to say about this amazing establishment. Food is excellent. Drinks are amazing and there list of available drinks if one of the largest I've ever seen. The wait staff has always been on point. they are friendly and quick to get your drink refilled. there is so much to do between there live music venues, multiple pool tables, slots, or just hang out on there outdoor patio. all around this place is a must go“

“Tonight we celebrated a day early Valentine’s Day. I ordered French onion and it’s one of the better tasting ones out there. Not salty!! Then we had pappardelle and the Ahi tuna. Very very tasty meal! We got more than enough food that we’re you are full the right way. Desert was crème Brûlée that was delicious! Our server was a young lady called Vicki . She took care of us very well checking on us if there was anything we needed! Service excellent!!“

“They obviously use real Turkey on their turkey sandwich. It came on a pretzel roll with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion and mayo. It was super tasty, didn't need as much mayo but that's my preference. It was also very quick. They had the same menu as the bowling alley. Either side of the kitchen is good.“
