“I just visited Rita's Pottsville. ONE girl working.... That ONE girl was busting her butt! She was so busy! So many people standing in line. She was amazing! Didn't waver in the slightest! She deserves a kudos 👏 She was kind and smiling knowing that huge line was standing waiting for their custard. Great job!!“

“I always enjoy Rita's. Although, it isn't often I go to Rita's, as they are expensive but it's so good! It's usually only teenagers that work behind the counter so the customer service isn't always the greatest.“

“I’m never disappointed after leaving here!! The old time candy makes me remember running into my grandparents house to see what candy they had! The staff is so friendly!“
“Awesome ice cream plant. The recieving bays are just over a year old and they are so clean that they look unused. You are usually in and out in less than 2 hours. The roads to get in are not the best but if you take your time you will be fine.“

“This is an outlet store. Front room is new product, usually same price as retail stores, can often get cheaper if on sale at retail stores. Front of store also offers fudge, ice cream sundaes, and limited selection of assorted candies sold by weight.
Back room is factory bloopers, out of season (not outdated). These products are discounted.
Only icecream, no other food products
Parking: Clean restrooms.“

“We were so excited to try this cute little ice cream shop tucked away from the main street, where you can get local goodies like pretzels and coffee beans while you eat your choice of sweet treats (homemade chocolate using Wilbur choc, Leiby's hand dipped ice cream, or Italian ice). Inside has two tables with a nice working bathroom for patrons with AC for your maximum comfort. Will come back again!“
