The newly open Cheesecake Factory in the Lehigh Valley,PA was everything I would have expected. The service was impeccable, Craig was our server. He was very attentive and super friendly. Stopped at this neighborhood ice cream shop after shopping in town..WOW!!! The ice cream was fabulous!! The young man suggested the cappicino and it was awesome..Family owned, super nice people, will be back when we are in town again..thank you..

Right off the Lehigh campus this place has become an institution and I've visited many times over the years when, as an alumnus, I visit my Alma mater The food is great and the service speedy. Special orders for "vegan-izing" a dish... no problem. Large open dining room adds to conviviality (and noise level).
