We were in the area for a soccer tournament and were looking for somewhere that could accommodate our team for lunch. They gave us the all clear when we called, and they did not disappoint! The staff was great and the food came out really fast. Our family shared a pizza (cheesy and a great crispy crust), but by the looks of a lot of empty plates, the sandwiches and steaks were good too! We would absolutely eat here again when we’re back in the area.
Ordered delivery and when it was delivered, one of the sandwiches was the wrong meat. When we called, we were told they couldn't help us with the refund and told us to come into the store. We didn't have time to come into the store and informed them of this. After some back and forth, they said they would get their manager to refund to the original payment method. Still no refund to date.
If you have a problem and the food's not done right it's simple you should just rectify the problem without making excuses and arguing and becoming aggressive with the customers unbelievable
