Had to stop going here because of how bad it was. Everytime I go, I get a simple carmel cold brew with cold foam & cream and the last few times I've gotten whipped cream over black coffee. Usually they just give me black coffee with a hint of cold foam. Went around had them remake it today and they gave me the same thing, whipped cream and black cold brew. Disgusting. Live near this place and after wasting so much money on drinks I had to dump because it was unbearable to drink, I started to driving farther to other ones. Avoid this place at all costs! They don't know how to make a simple coffee!

The worst dunkin of them all. Breakfast/morning crew is the worst. Everytime I get a drink from them its never made right. The last few times it was so disgusting i just started making the trip to hershey outlets Dunkin instead. Stay away from

I ordered an extra large coffee with oat milk and caramel. I did not taste any caramel for the first three sips I had to shake and spill my coffee in order to get the flavor. It was 3 PM on a Saturday and nobody was there. They could’ve stirred the coffee.( Edit) went back the next morning and coffee was much better.

Well my friends and I went to dunkin and we arrived there at 11 and mind you we only got drinks. They took around 30 min to make them. They ignored us for the first 10 min when we got there and then took our order after the 10 min. Then customers started to walk in and they got there orders taken care of right away and even there drinks came out before ours. They even gave us the wrong drink after 20 min and had to wait for the new one. Honestly just do better at customer service because I work in fast food and I understand the feeling when you are busy but that does not give you a right to ignore and be disrespectful towards teenage girls who have not done anything.

The lady at the window is very miserable. Not just having a bad day, this is the third time with the attitude. Asked her to put whipped cream on my latte, she huffed and puffed ?told her never mind she stated she wasn’t going to do it anyway? never received a straw. Would not dare to ask. Will drive to another one before stopping there again!! She really should be back making the food and not dealing with customers.

The person who fixes food and the lady at the window are very nice and give great customer service. The lady who takes the orders (who I think is the manager) is impatient, rushes customers while ordering and rude. Not the first time this has happened. Today is the last time I will go to that location!

Placed a mobile order. The charged my card and said they had no order. They hung up on me twice when trying to resolve. Reported this location. PS they charged me 76.00!

I feel kind of bad giving this review, but maybe if they read it....they will improve. I have gone here several times because I love Dunkin coffee and this store's location is convenient for my morning commute. Their coffee never tastes as good as the Lebanon store, but it's usually acceptable. Bagels are not toasted all the way. But this morning's coffee was horrible. It tasted like it was from the day before and I'm pretty sure it was. The worst part is when I swallowed a large clump of coffee grounds. It made me sick. Seriously gross! The owners can't blame this on their employees because at 530 am....they are the only ones working. I think ill just make my own coffee from now on.
