Ordered a quarter pounder meal for curbside. Waited for 20 minutes, and decided to go inside. My food was just sitting in a bag after I got in. Fries were cold, almost no salt on the fries (which i ordered extra salt on them) and 3 salt packets were just thrown in the bag instead. If I order extra salt on my fries. It does not mean just throw salt packets in the bag. I would order salt packets if I wanted that. However, more importantly my fries were half cold. McDonalds is known for their fries and I'm gettin cold fries is wild.

Waited over 40 minutes for food. People getting their order ls that ordered after us. Ketchup was out and everything was dirty. They missed items in our order and the food was room temp until it got to us. Horrible experience

Food is typically old or the order is wrong, every time i order this McDonald's via DoorDash it's incorrect or sloppy, the restaurant its self is dirty. The bathrooms are dirty and smell.

The people are really nice that work at this McDonald's and it's a convenient location. But dear Lord the drive-thru takes 20 minutes just to get your food. It is the slowest drive-thru service on the planet Earth. You really need to do better.
The morning staff was very rude from the start—rude when I was ordering, rude taking the money, and when I got up to the food window with no one behind me, they told me I had to pull forward to the white line in a very rude manner. Normally I would just pull forward, but not with that attitude. The manager tried to argue with me that I had to pull forward. At this point, I said I'd take the food or a refund because, with that attitude, I'm not doing you a favor and helping your numbers by pulling forward.

I’m sick with the Flu A virus. Ordered meals for my children on the app and my husband was sent to pick it up. They refused to give my husband the food. Even after I called and they could tell I was not well with the half a voice I have and cackling cough. I provided the drive thru number and still would not give my husband the food. They wanted ME to come into the store, with Flu A!!!! The manager actually wanted a contagious ill person to show up in their establishment rather than just handing the food over to my husband. THEN she cancels my order and has my husband pay AGAIN! …needless to say sick me is NOT a happy camper. They suck on a good day anyway.
