I work close by, and decided to go in on Sunday at 10:15 for my hour long lunch break. The drive-through line was pretty long so I thought I would go inside. By the time I got my food it’s been 30 minutes, and the drive-through line is completely gone, they focus so much on the drive-through line that my food took 30 minutes to get to me. If I knew this would’ve happened I wouldn’t have even gotten out of my car.

The manager threatened to call the police because they they not have the food I order and waited the 15 mins they told me it could take for them to get the order.

Well what can I say about McDonald's they suck. I went into try their chicken Big Mac and it sucked. I don't know why I keep on going back there just to figure it might be good but no I'm done with McDonald's. I rather eat out of the garbage I love garbage truck before I eat McDonald's anymore

Nothing wrong with the workers, it’s just they charge 2.25 for an espresso shot. Never have I seen it that high at any McDonald’s before meaning that these people are greedy. Probably why there service is bad for people, they only care for money. Usually it’s 50c.

No person works the front register! I order food on kiosk with pay at register, and 4 people behind me get thier food because they were adamant about paying at counter. I ask if my food is ready, and told her that I ordered on your kiosk. She found the order. I Said is it ready? She tells me food is not prepared until paid. So after paying, when no person was previously there at the counter. My order was finally made. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Even people behind me saw the problem that was happening. I know not to go to this store anymore. If they are so short staffed they can't make food on orders with a kiosk. They don't deserve at least my business!

Mine Not Yours
This is a truck stop so mostly a drive thru. The food is good and the service is pretty good for a heavily used truck stop.
I took my boyfriend and mother here after driving an hour to get to another place, and this was the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. We used the Kiosk to order, but it didn’t accept cash. I took the receipt to the register to pay, and one of the employees (glasses, orange-ish hair) was talking to a customer and didn’t even come over; I was standing for about 30 seconds until she came over. When she did, she ripped the receipt out of my hands and was rushing me very badly. When our food came out, she threw the tray down on our table and my mom’s slushee fell over; she didn’t apologize to us. As we were eating, we heard her yell, “I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO REFILL THESE (straws) AGAIN.” She was running around the place like she was on drugs, and very clearly expressed that she hated her job. I wish she gave me a receipt so I could’ve gotten her name, but my best description for her is that she wears glasses and her hair is orange-ish. She was wearing a yellow vest, too.

Old fries. Way over salted. Had to be sitting for 15 minutes before serving. I understand food cost but at the expense of losing sales? Arby's, Burger King and Wendy's within a mile or two. Our next choice will not be the Arches when near here

This is the third time in a row that I have come to the same McDonald's and I have constantly ordered the same thing and yet for some reason I keep missing food I've worked for McDonald's once upon a Time, so I know it's not hard Apollo the directions on what is needed to be served
But apparently people here don't like to give you everything you pay for

My burgers were HORRIBLE. Literally so dry and the cheese was so cold and not melted because the burgers were also old. What I’m assuming they did is they made a ton of extra buns and burgers, then once people order, they made the sandwiches quick. I used to work at a McDonald’s, and I hated when my coworkers did that- it’s also not allowed. Disgusting quality.
