Good customer service, appreciated the automated text allowing me to track the order progress. Friendly. Mozzarella Sticks were hot & prepared well, not much flavor. Marinara was cold (pet peeve), had some flavor however it appeared basic from a can. The cheeseburger sub had zero flavor even with oregano, very bland. The door to the establishment looked as if it wasn’t cleaned for a week & had a lot of tape residue on it… Boxes stacked on tables, booths. Taped...

I am usually pleased with my orders and usually order delivery.
Today I did a pick order for an Italian sub with oil and vinegar. The person making it thought it would be good to put the oil and vinegar in a container on the side.
That did not work out well at all for a to go order.
I recommend they ask if you want it on the side.
I hope the smell comes out of luch box.

We needed a large order to feed a group of people for a local non profit organization, the owner was wonderful to work with! He helped us build the most cost efficient order and worked within our boundaries. He was very friendly, courteous, and timely! I highly recommend !
