The food is delicious and plentiful. My complaint is the unfriendly vibe from some of the managers. Every time my husband and I come in and ask for a table because of his disability, they act annoyed and try to stick us in a corner by the bar.

That food is good for the American, because for a Mexican it is disgusting. The tacos al pastor, and the carne asada tacos, the tortilla was hard and all dry, the flautas are supposed to be golden, because here they give them soft with a flour tortilla, the michelada and the margarita were more water and ice without alcohol. .

My wife and I had horrible food poisoning from takeout we purchased here on 4/13/24 which we are still recovering from. We had separate dishes but shared the rice and beans. I know this was from Rey azteca because the reason we stopped here is because we had a busy day and not eaten at all that day only a slice of toast that morning. I should have read about their previous food safety violations. Eat here at your own risk.

Have been here many times and enjoy the food and service usually, both w big and small parties. Last night was crazy though. Staff member flirted with my friend within 2 mins of walking up to the table, staff had difficulty splitting the check at the end even though two of us spoke fluent Spanish, I was charged for a drink that was not ordered and brought mistakenly (I didn't complain about the charge, bc I decided to drink it), and then an 18% gratuity/tip was added to both checks even though there were only 3 of us. PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR CHECK BEFORE PAYING! I usually tip 20% or more though he didn't deserve that much, but he got 0% because I made them take it off. I see that someone else posted about this issue just a few weeks ago. BE CAREFUL ESPECIALLY I YOU USUALLY TIP IN CASH!

Food was good. Service was slow. Atmosphere is good. My bill was over 100 and my credit card was charged an extra 10.00. (My tip was left in cash) I called to explain and was told to call back. Watch your credit card

My taco salad was super hot, chips were still warm, salsa had great flavor, and the tropical margarita was delicious.
Good thing you don’t have to wait too long to get order on the table but I don’t feel good food quality. Music too loud. I used my ear plugs to avoid. Serving and follow up is great. Hope it Will be improve in the future.
