Since when did the ā€œwrapsā€ become the flat bread rolled up? Subway has seriously gone so far downhill. At least toast the dumb flat bread so it’s not some nasty starchy mess.

Horrible experience! I waited half hour for them to make my food the guy there couldn’t get my sandwich right. He put turkey on it and in stead of ham I said I wanted a ham and cheese and he put turkey on my sandwich also so maybe you should get people who know the difference between their meats! The stuff just laughed it off like it was nothing. That subway in Palmyra sucks if you want subway I’d go to the one in annvile or cleona they do a better job.

It's supposed to open at 9 o'clock. It's now after nine and no signs of anybody in there. I can see the workstation. is not filled yet. No one answers the phone.

Horrible Subway Experience! The employees don’t know the difference between vegetables and are rude when you say ā€œsorry I meant that oneā€ when you try and politely correct them. The sub had a strange taste of soap and something seemed off. After finishing I was at least excited for the cookies which were all different kinds and all hard as a rock. Disgusting.

Went in there around where they would still have bread and food, they didn’t have any bread and then I was given the wrong bread for my order. That when I get to check out I get drinks and than after I was told their was no ice. Fine I’ll get ice at home that I drink the side and it’s flat. It has never been like this with the old owners. Every time I go in it’s always with the employees either in the back or with the employees with their AirPods on and on their phones which is unsanitary. Never would come back again

There’s a difference between the chicken salad and just plain rotisserie chicken. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted the home style chicken salad. The lady showed me the rotisserie chicken and I said that I wanted the home style chicken salad. The other guy corrected her and told me that he would make me the home style chicken salad. What does he do? He makes me a plain rotisserie chicken sub.

Went and ordered and when we got there the employee had a AirPod in and was talking on the phone the entire time that he was taking our order. This most frustrating part about this entire Experience is how stingy they are with the veggies. Legit put 6 onions on my gf sub. This new management needs to get it together. For the time being I’ll be taking my business to another local subway.

Food tasted normal but with new management, you’ll get ripped off. I ordered on the app, specified that I wanted 50% more meat, they didn’t even put the regular amount on let alone the extra. Never going to this location or the Northside Commons location ever again under this new management.

This place is a poor excuse for a "fast food" restaurant. The facility is in a wonderful spot with great foot traffic but the employees ruin the entire experience. Personally, subway is one of my favorite places to get food but I refuse to go here any longer after a couple bad experiences. To start off I was there a couple weeks ago during a lunch break and I run in and the only 2 employees working were outside hitting their vapes. As I walk in they look at me and say they will be in just give them a minute. This threw me off because when you see a customer coming in the first response would be to go in and take care of them, NOPE. I stood there for about 7 minutes while they stood outside and vaped and giggled. After they come in they take about 3 minutes to get their gloves on and just diddle around. While making my sandwich the (so called) supervisor just throws the condiments all over the place mixing all the veggies together that look like they have been sitting there for days. Today I went in and there were two people ahead of me, the (so called) supervisor was just standing there doing nothing and another kid was standing there doing nothing just looking out the window while a poor old man helps everyone in line. There are about 2 people in front of me and 2 people behind me at this point with just one person helping the customers. The facility itself needs to have someone higher up come in and see how things are running. I am not the type to leave a review unless necessary but it has come to the point where I am disgusted by the service and facility. The prices of subway have sky rocketed and it is absolutely obscure that a popular chain restaurant like subway would be okay with having employees who are this lazy and genuinely do not care. I usually go to the subway in Hummelstown and I have never had any issues, for now on I know never to attend the subway in Palmyra by Weis unless I want to be disgusted and lose my appetite. Ridiculous.

I just visited this Subway location 5/26 @ 9:50am-ish and had a terrible experience. There was only one employee working, and he seemed annoyed when we walked in, which I initially understood as it was early, and he might still be setting up. However, his attitude quickly worsened when another gentleman walked in with his small child. The employee aggressively slammed the mayonaise bottle onto the counter and complained about the lunch rush starting early.

His aggressive and annoyed demeanor prompted me to ask if there was anyone else working, to which he responded with hostility, asking why. I mentioned that he seemed very angry about having to help us. He admitted to being in a bad mood because he had worked the last seven days straight. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, even though his name tag said "Samantha she/her."

I told him it wasn’t our fault he had been overworked and that my child and I didn’t deserve such treatment. When I mentioned I would call to complain, he dismissively replied that no one would fire him because he was the only one working.

This was absolute horrid service, and I’m extremely disappointed. Such behavior is unacceptable, and no customer should have to deal with this level of hostility.

I had a great experience thanks to Jason at 8:13pm, Thursday, September 7, 2023. He really gave such a positive experience that was quite rare. He's very kind and likes making customers satisfied. He's a keeper. Give him a HUGE raise and free First class flight Cancun.
