I placed a mobile order at this location because it was the only Subway near me accepting Subway app rewards. Upon pick up an employee asked me to identify myself, but she couldn't understand my somewhat common name, so I politely pulled out my phone to show her my name in the app and placed my phone next to the name on the reciept stapled on the bag. I then asked about my drinks and she said they were out of cups completely of all sizes, so I had to use bottled drinks from their mini fridge and I was told to get a drink of equal cost. There are no small to large bottles so that made no sense to me, also no prices were listed in the fridge. When I took the sandwiches home my family discovered that they had drizzled so much sauce on two of the sandwiches that all the toppings were dripping...as if we wanted curried sandwiches with soupy lettuce. š They did not put provolone on a sandwich, and skipped toasting two sandwiches. All the sandwiches were cold and the bread tasted like reused day old bread with a overly baked crust. I called to politely let them know about the low quality and whover answered asked me to repeat myself ten times before they finally said I could come back to get a new sandwhich. I was not going back. I am done eating at Subway anywhere in this area, they all are going downhill fast.

The food here is good, but that is about all, the bathroom is filthy, and the chairs and tables have some sticky whoknowswhatall on them. The people running the place are not polite, and they didn't have Root beer in their soda machineš

I ordered 2 6 inch subs this evening. I asked for both of the wheat breads to be toasted. When I got them home they were hard as a rock! Could not even eat them. Also no Swiss cheese and no sweet peppers! Very rude people there! I used to go there all the time, however since the Indian people took it over it really went downhill! This is the 3rd time I tried it there since they took over. It is also the last!

Since when did the āwrapsā become the flat bread rolled up? Subway has seriously gone so far downhill. At least toast the dumb flat bread so itās not some nasty starchy mess.

Horrible experience! I waited half hour for them to make my food the guy there couldnāt get my sandwich right. He put turkey on it and in stead of ham I said I wanted a ham and cheese and he put turkey on my sandwich also so maybe you should get people who know the difference between their meats! The stuff just laughed it off like it was nothing. That subway in Palmyra sucks if you want subway Iād go to the one in annvile or cleona they do a better job.

Horrible Subway Experience! The employees donāt know the difference between vegetables and are rude when you say āsorry I meant that oneā when you try and politely correct them. The sub had a strange taste of soap and something seemed off. After finishing I was at least excited for the cookies which were all different kinds and all hard as a rock. Disgusting.

Went in there around where they would still have bread and food, they didnāt have any bread and then I was given the wrong bread for my order. That when I get to check out I get drinks and than after I was told their was no ice. Fine Iāll get ice at home that I drink the side and itās flat. It has never been like this with the old owners. Every time I go in itās always with the employees either in the back or with the employees with their AirPods on and on their phones which is unsanitary. Never would come back again

Thereās a difference between the chicken salad and just plain rotisserie chicken. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted the home style chicken salad. The lady showed me the rotisserie chicken and I said that I wanted the home style chicken salad. The other guy corrected her and told me that he would make me the home style chicken salad. What does he do? He makes me a plain rotisserie chicken sub.

Went and ordered and when we got there the employee had a AirPod in and was talking on the phone the entire time that he was taking our order. This most frustrating part about this entire Experience is how stingy they are with the veggies. Legit put 6 onions on my gf sub. This new management needs to get it together. For the time being Iāll be taking my business to another local subway.
