So here is the thing, does Bravo have the best sauce? Yes, no, maybe....it's all opinion. Does Bravo have the best cheese? Yes, no, maybe....it's all opinion. What about the best crust? Yes, no, maybe....it's all opinion. What Bravo does have is Vince. To understand you have to have grown up with a local pizza joint. We live in a crazy time where everything is gotten so big and so commercial. The special thing about bravo is that Vince holds true to the old town pizza joint. His customers or not your special but they are family. That is the difference. That's what makes in the best

Long time customer here. Bravo used to be my go to spot. Not sure what happened but the quality has slipped dramatically. Today I ordered a large pizza and an order of buffalo wings. When I arrived the pizza was ready but they had forgotten to make the wings. So I waited. By the time I got home, the pizza was cold. It also must of shrunk because the pie truly looked like a medium. (Shrinkage?). Also, the pizza was so dry. It barely had sauce or cheese. The Buffalo wings were also dry, barely had any sauce at all. Not sure if the place is under new management or something else, but this type of experience has been occurring more frequently at Bravo. It’s sad, they used to be great.
