“I used Johnny Paisano’s to cater a holiday party. I had an amazing experience from the very beginning. I spoke with Christine who helped me place the order, and helped me to decide the best options for my menu. One of my options was a prime rib, where I received a phone call from Johnny himself to help me figure out the best way to prepare it for the party. When it was time to retrieve the food on the day of the party, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Johnny once again came out and was talking with me about the food. I appreciate this aspect of a business, it makes you feel like you’re in a friendly environment, rather than a sterile kitchen. The food quality was amazing. Every platter was delicious, and every guest was happy with how the food turned out. The prime rib was the largest hit, not surprisingly. I couldn’t believe the value of everything as well. I am a salmon snob, and "Roz and Roccos" delivered: my salmon was cooked to perfection with that delicious crispy top layer that I love. “Food is always consistently good. We were there a few weeks ago when on a Wednesday. Apparently there was some group in a side room. Our waitress was MIA most of the meal after she dropped off our food. No refills on drinks when we needed it. Then it took twenty minutes to get our check. Everyone around us was also complaining. One waitress for ten tables? It is obvious they were paying more attention to the larger party in the side room. . They need to hire more waitstaff. It spoiled the outing.“

So, last night Rize was out of cheesesteak🥹 this reminded me of when my dad took me and my sister to the store and bought my sister a babydoll and didn’t buy me one!!! We ordered from Delite and the cheesesteak was very good!!!! Definitely didn’t regret it!! Beth went above and beyond to help us with choosing a great menu and even came to our house to make sure everything would be set up correctly beforehand. Joanna and Missy helped serve and clean up during our party and they were the sweetest helping our older guests! We ate leftovers for a week that’s how generous portions were. You truly made our special day so much better and we are so grateful for your top notch food and service! We will definitely hire Amadeos again for our events.“
