About Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's Subs is a restaurant that offers sandwiches, including the cheese steaks, turkey and provolone, large Italian hoagie, regular mixed cheese hoagie, and regular Italian. The bread was all the difference with the sandwiches, with loads of meat and cheese. The large Italian hoagie was perfect. The subs were delicious. The service was amazing, and the staff handled a gluten and dairy allergy perfectly with a glove change and different bread knife for the gluten free roll, which was delicious. The staff were willing to make food even when a customer arrived around 8:57, close to the 9:00 closing time, instead of turning them away. A worker told a customer what came in the sandwich that was ordered to make sure everything was wanted. The staff were nice and the best. However, consistency is about 50/50, with some really great sandwiches and some not so great. Peppers could have been cooked longer and were taken out of the sandwich. Pepper stems were in the sandwich, and the last two sandwiches were full of stems. The same person is very heavy handed with the oil and vinegar, and the entire sandwich was soaked to the point it was seeping through the wrapper. The staff wasn't friendly or courteous, with no smiles except the youngest boy who gave the sandwich. The other three need more training in customer service. There was a hair in the Italian, cut in half and mixed in with the lettuce. The person in charge of lettuce should wear a hair net. This is a new location.
