“We took a detour on our trip from NJ to Philadelphia last night and stopped here. I am so glad we did! This place is adorable with so many creative choices on the menu. We had two different pizzas, loaded (and I mean loaded!) fried pickles, and two giant pickles on a stick. I don't know if I've ever seen my kids so happy about dinner before. Everything was delicious. The staff is amazing, they brought us out some pickle flavors to try while we were waiting for our food. Who would have thought we would all like cotton candy pickles? There are so many other things we want to try, we will be back!“

“I was hungry and decided to pop in for a bite. I haven't eaten here in years. I ordered a personal pie, fries and a beverage. Very friendly service and attentive, so I decided to dine-in. After taking a few bites of my pizza, was not too thrilled with the taste. I am not sure which brand of mozzarella cheese they used, or cheese in general. Just a flavor I wasn't use to. Though, my fries were good. I'll come back and try something else other than their pizza.“

She took our order, brought the food out and walked away, never asking if we needed anything or checking back to see if everyone was satisfied. She sat at another table instead, chatting with the customers.“

We also got one of your menus in our mailbox, so I figured I'd give you guys a try tonight. I am so glad that I did! Your delivery driver, who I think was also the one that answered the phone tonight, was absolutely sweet, kind, and courteous, and he needs a raise! “Once was a good place. Went with my family and ordered a XL Pie, which the menu on the wall says “XL 18’ PIZZA 14.95”, I was wrung up on one register as $15.95, but when the waiter took my card, he charged me $26.00. When asked why so much he immediately said the price of the pizza was 19.95 and if I wanted, he could give me a menu. When I requested a menu, he then said he only has the old menu, still he didnt even give me that. When I asked why am i being charged $6 for 2 cans of coke, he then says the man (guessing the owner) told him to charge me for 3 cans (this is the same waiter that took our drinks order and brought us 2 cans). If you want to get swindled, go to this pizza joint. Trust me, I would much rather give my money to an honest family business… but this place just made me decide to stick with the big business conglomerates that are running little family owned places out of business. Sucks, but why steal from your customers? You take their money, break the trust and then you deal with the aftermath of it all. Another interesting fact: someone was coughing up a majestic storm in the kitchen, just pure unadulterated coughing and sneezing. Then theres this delivery guy just eating a slice of pizza at the entrance talking about women, as if there wasn’t a family trying to enjoy some time together. My wife felt uncomfortable, as she should have. Save your money. The flies and theft isn’t worth it. Sad, this was once a good place.“

Nonetheless, The Southampton Pizzeria and Restaurant has plenty going for it. The pricing is fair, with almost all entrees under $20 at the time of this review. The entrees come with a generous house salad with two of their house made garlic knots. The portions are also bigger than average. The sauces are all house made, which is hard to find at this price point. The menu is inventive and diverse, with a lot of options from appetizers, salads, pizzas and dinners. You'll leave full and with money left in your pocket. I'll be back again“

“They catered a party for me offsite at the Veterans Residence and the Veterans were very happy. The food was so good and the ordering and delivery was very easy. Most of the residents said they would be ordering from Salvatore's again! I definitely would, but I live in N.J.“
