Every Rita's has different flavors! I love that my #1 location (Feasterville) always has best fruity flavors, my #2 location (Neshaminy) had all the best NEW flavors, and now I have a #3 (Penndel). They got flavors that I haven't seen in a long time! A little pricey for the sizes of products, but that's expected in the current political & economical climates.

I’ve always loved coming to this Rita’s. The staff is always kind and attentive, but I had such an amazing experience last night! I’m 5 months pregnant, and sometimes the cravings hit at the most random times haha. Unfortunately, I got there a little late, but the General Manager was such a gem! She did something so thoughtful and still took my order. What made it even more special is that she didn’t even know I was pregnant! My eyes got so watery — it honestly made...read full review

Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard has a good atmosphere and friendly staff, with a small parking lot that usually has available spots. However, there may not be enough seating and the parking area can be difficult to maneuver in. One customer mentioned being served by a less than enthusiastic staff member, but still found the desserts to be enjoyable and plans to return.
