Aaliyah was amazing, we go to this bk pretty often and when we order chicken fries they tend to be old and hard, due to them sitting for a long time. I asked Aaliyah to make sure they are fresh for me and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. I truly appreciate her and her customer service, I will be telling everyone I know about this star employee. She deserves a raise asap! Don't lose her!
What a sad experience, not to be repeated! Met 4 friends, none of us were happy.The good comment: sun was shining and restaurant clean.I purposely downloaded the app but unfortunately nobody( not even the Manager!!!), could help using it. Nothing promised on app was available. App never worked.Inside the restaurant(?) the food orders were 1) slow even when very few people,2) incorrect, 3) priced incorrectly, 4) mediocre in taste.Oh my . Was one of the best prepared Whoppers I've ever had. Thank you Vince for making a great burger - it had an even amount of toppings and sauce.So many times I will get a Whopper from other restaurants and it has like 1 slice of onion on it and a tiny tomato. This sandwich here was perfect!! So thank you again.
