“This is one of my absolute favorite places to visit for a quick, healthy, and energizing meal. Not only is the menu full of delicious options but, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and the cafe is always very clean. There hasn’t been a question I’ve had that Michelle or Kate haven’t been able to answer for me. We decided a while ago to get their membership and it has been perfect for us. I look forward to smoothie Monday and bowl Wednesday every week, with frequent trips in between.“

“I have been to this place for smoothies,wrap and etc for a while now. Let just start of saying the works are very nice and patient also very quick.The food comes in a matter of time well prepared. “This place, was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the sushi is the best sushi me and my wife have had. The French fries were good, the spring rolls were very good (and I usually don’t like spring rolls), the boba and smoothies are also very tasty. Not to mention they were open on Christmas. 10/10 “

“Excellent experience, especially since I’m managing several food allergies. It can be really hard to find a place that feels safe enough to eat. The owner went through all of their safety precautions related to food allergies (even have separate blenders for dairy-free and one for nut-free) and I was able to get a delicious acai bowl. Vegan chocolate chips, almond butter, sun butter, almond milk and oat milk are available.Prices were what I expected based on going to other smoothie/bowl places.Inside is clean and our food was ready quickly. We went around 12 on a Friday. Very kid friendly with multiple high chairs, a kid’s table and children’s books. Compostable flatware is a plus. Cute selfie wall and love the community bulletin board.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options as a big part of the menu are smoothies, juices and salads. Some vegetarian wraps and sandwiches, too.Dietary restrictions: Many precautions for dietary restrictions and food allergies in place. Multiple gluten free and vegan items on food menu. Lots of flexibility to substitute menu items. Separate cutting boards, blenders, etc. Gluten-free bread available but unfortunately the bag for the regular bread does not have the ingredients listed.
