Truckers know this but many times it fails to click for even them. --The other thing is many semitrucks are speed limited by their company to as low as 60 mph, most to around 65 mph. So sometimes you see trucks get stuck out in the fast lane because the slower vehicle they are trying to pass speeds up. It is a problem and it is an aggravation for everyone except the vehicle being passed. Usually they don't have a clue what's going on or that there's even a problem.
