Actually, it was my girlfriend who introduced me to Korean food since she likes them, but I tell you my first experience was awesome. The waitress, don’t remember her name was very kind and helpful as she assisted us through selection and preparing the Korean food. At first everything was new to me, but after I got my first taste of the Korean BBQ and hot pot, it felt like “man, you gotta come back?.”
The diner was quite expensive but worth the price as you get to choose whatever you want. Would recommend this for a group, like a family. But if it is you alone or you and someone else, get the lunch. But I will keep coming back!! Good food and good customer service ?.

We got there around 6:00 on a Saturday expecting to have a long wait, but it was only 30 minutes and so we sat at the bar and had some drinks (not the biggest bar but there are usually seats open and selection at the bar is eclectic). We chose to do the BBQ and hot pot and everything we got was very good. I enjoyed all of the meats we grilled including ribeye, bulgogi, and spicy pork but my personal favorite is the hot pot. You get a choice of broths which are all good and they offer a wide variety of meats, seafoods, and vegetables, and noodles and you get to pick whatever you want and as much as you want. The service was very good with delivery being quick and additional plates coming out almost immediately after ordering it. We were not rushed at all. Overall we really enjoyed it and would recommend this place.

I'm debating whether or not to post this. However, it still bothers me now. Although the servers are quite accommodating when it comes to changing my soup, the Japanese miso soup has been boiling for about an hour and imagine this creature was there too. I believe there is an infestation in their kitchen and they have to really check it.
I'm kinda disappointed since this kpot spot is my favorite.

I was completely disappointed with my first visit. I love Korean cuisine. But H-Mart is a thousand times tastier and more enjoyable. The waitress didn't really explain anything... in the end we paid more than $80 for two and an empty table... she just said take your pick... I said I don't really understand here explain what I can take??? She responded by just taking your pick and that's it. I understand this is a complex, but I still don't understand how the price is formed in this establishment. We came at lunchtime and the price was $20.99, they calculated it at $30... I don't understand why and in principle it's not about the money. It's just that you can only make a first impression once. I wouldn't come back here just because of the service. They weren't expecting me there. And I don't recommend going if you haven't been to such establishments... they're unlikely to explain anything to you here.

We had amazing service with Hong. Food was amazing but it’s also about the attention to detail and service. Hong was right there no matter what our group of 8 needed. Definitely going back and requesting him.
Kid-friendliness: My 4yo had had plenty of options and had a blast.

For some reasons, not all the K-POTs have the same food selections and services quality.
I've been to all three K-POTs in the greater Philadelphia area. I find the Franklin Mills location is the best.
It offers sweet soup dessert, and the leech lychee jello.
Overall the service is great, and most of the food is fresh.
However, sometimes I find the watercress and the crown daisy are not as fresh, and the steak slices are a little chewy.
Nevertheless, K-POTs Franklin Mills location offers a lot of food at a reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend K-POT Franklin Mills.

I went there in my ignorance thinking I would get served the Korean cuisine and you di get it but it a diy style restaurant where you are given the ingredients but you have to grill and assemble them yourself. So that's where they lost me.
