I sat at the chefs counter and the service was terrific. The chef checked to ask about our main course. The servers explained each dish as they put down the plates. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations.

Super cute atmosphere. Cozy lights. It was busy but surprisingly not too loud so you could have a nice conversation. I had the rittenhouse breakfast. My parents both had the omelette. We all had mild bad reactions to it. Way too much garlic. We also tried to the chickpea thing … I wasn’t as much of a fan. It was very vinegar-y / overly salty.
The staff was friendly and informative. Our waiter, a pleasant young man who looked a bit Mumford and sons-esque whose name I unfortunately missed, gave extremely in depth explanations of the dishes when asked about them. Very detailed. The food did take a while ( around 40 mins post ordering ) so maybe give it a miss if you’re in a rush.
They also, unfortunately, lack many hot beverages apart from standard coffee. This is only really relevant considering it was 31 degrees Fahrenheit when I went. Lovely, might not go again. A bit pricey.

I LOVED this restaurant. The ambiance is cozy and warm. No harsh lighting. Great natural light as well. The food is incredible - the best beet salad and grilled cheese I’ve ever had…seriously. No exaggeration. Reagan was our server and she was attentive and super nice! They have a full coffee bar so we enjoyed our lattes with brunch. Brunch is served from 10-3. Overall an exceptional experience. 1000/10 would recommend.

Generally, the food was delicious. However I was served raw pieces of monk fish, which was a significant portion of a pricey entree. When pointed out to the server, nothing was really done.

Our first time at this restaurant. We enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, my wife had a stomach ache and diarrhea a couple of hours later. We can't say definitely what was the cause. But we did notice that utensils (the replacement set given after the appetizers) were placed right on the table and not on napkins or plates.
We visited specifically for Sunday brunch. The environment was quite loud, and the space felt very limited. We were seated so close to other guests that it almost felt as though we were sharing a table with them.
We ordered the French omelette, oyster mushrooms, grilled cheese, pot de crème, a cappuccino, and two coffees, totaling $95 before tip. Unfortunately, the quality, portion sizes, and overall flavor left room for improvement. A $22 omelette served with a small portion of fries felt somewhat pretentious for what was offered.
I wouldn’t discourage visiting for other meals, but I would recommend skipping this spot for brunch.

Burger wasn’t great, chicken liver was fine. And it took 35 min to get em when it was empty in there the other day. One of the three chefs had a hat on, and none wore gloves. Idk what’s good with that.

10 out of 10 experience! The food and drinks were phenomenal and the service was on par! I love to see how the food is made and the little side convos so definitely recommend the chefs/kitchen side table. The flavors of everything was above expectations. I really enjoy that they explain everything that is on the plate and really do cater to all food allergies and provide some good suggestions for pairings.

Service was impeccable and the atmosphere was great. We had a toddler and they were very accommodating. Food was on the saltier side, especially the monkfish dish we had, but overall everything we tried was enjoyable. Our favorite were the crudo and the panisse. People seem to love the gnocchi but we thought it was average. Gougere was cold. We did love the desserts, especially the pot de creme, which they comped for us! Will come back again!

Service very bad. Food mediocre at best.
Overly salted amber jack fish which does not even need any salt. Sent that back to get the carrots which were excellent then waited over an hour for the entree. The manager said they were waiting for us to finish but we already sent back a plate and that shouldn’t impede the entree preparation. Ended up leaving without even eating the entree. Oh, and also our server disappeared after we sent the plate back. Never to return.

Any of the mushroom dishes are amazing! The smoked Monkfish was a little strong for me but still manageable. Service is exceptional. Lastly, the seating is very close to other people but I guess that's unavoidable when the restaurant capacity is on the smaller end.

Excellent service. Cocktails, oysters, chicken liver toast, quail were all excellent. Half chicken was a little dry/under seasoned, and inversely gnocchi was overseasoned/salty with the guanciale.

A really nice French-American restaurant at the aka hotel which also had a separate bar to wait for your reservation. Good drinks menu. We liked all the appetizers- caramelized onion bread and the mushrooms really stood out. The monkfish entree was well done with a tuna flavored sauce but felt a bit cold at spots. Potato gnocchi was modified into a vegetarian dish which was pretty good.
