For my wife's and my wedding anniversary dinner, we ordered around 100 individual cakes from A La Mousse for our guests. We ordered mango mousses, papa bear cakes, and tiramisus.We all loved them!! We received so many positive reviews for the cakes, especially the mango mousse. The cakes were the perfect size also, presented beautifully, and all in all we thought added a really special touch to our celebration.Lynn and her staff at the South Street location are super friendly, helpful and were great to work with in the preparation for this event. This is definitely our go-to cake place in town!

Not only are the single serving treats just adorable (I mean a sleeping teddy bear), they are VERY tasty. The cakes are equally delicious, my experience is that they always have a couple of smaller cakes on hand which has saved me in a pinch several times. The team is lovely, friendly and kind. Highly, highly recommend and will continue to be a customer for a long time

This is my go to place for desserts or birthday cakes for my family. Love their matcha crepe cake, mango mousse, and triple chocolate cake. All cakes are not very sweet which I appreciate and very light and fluffy. Good neighborhood place for dessert and coffee!!!
We love their pastries here! Every time we stop by they have new seasonal items, they all look so delicious we want to try them all! Staff is friendly and atmosphere is great.

Love this Nice cafe on south street. We always come here to meet with friends for drink and desserts. Their cakes are so cute. They are lightly sweeten and very tasty. We love the Matcha crepe, Hokkaido, brown bear, polar bear and mango mousse.We want to try everything! Their Fruit teas and espresso latte are tasty too. All the staff there are very sweet and friendly, always nice to stop for a quick break and nice chat.

Update in response to owner's reply: I believe the matcha powder was old, not the drink. There is no way it should taste like it did. I was offered another drink (which I mentioned in original review) but it was after I suggested that they should offer a replacement, it was not "offered immediately". I DID specifically ask for animal macarons. My review stands. Please do better. South Street Store, Saturday 2/24: I ordered a box of the cute animal macarons for a gift and a matcha milk tea. 1/10 The matcha was old, brown and bitter. I am familiar with matcha, this was not normal. They did give me a replacement of a different drink. 1/10 I The store on South St. had the cute little animal macarons in their case. I clearly ordered one each of the animals, I didn't even see plain macarons. When I got home and opened the package, they had put one animal and the rest plain. Shady to do a switch like that. I reached out to La Mousse through dm and got no reply.
