Aki Nom Nom Sushi and Ramen

I was looking forward to a nice meal, but was horrified to find a fly in my food! When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they seemed interested but dint do much about it. It was shocking to see such a lack of concern for basic cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

The rest of the meal felt ruined, and I couldn’t help but wonder about the overall hygiene of the kitchen. It’s a shame because the restaurant has potential, but finding an INSECT in my food was inexcusable. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d advise others to be cautious. Hopefully, management takes customer feedback seriously and improves their standards.

Always a great time here! Love coming out for the all you can eat with my friends. Definitely worth the cost, plus if someone is your party doesn’t want to participate they don’t make everyone at the table do it so it can be great for combo groups!
Off the regular menu I would recommend the shrimp tempura ramen and the salmon buns.

Clean restaurant and super attentive, friendly staff. The food was very mediocre (the sushi was very mild tasting and the rice seemed dried out; the edamame was over-steamed to being too soft and it's flavor was also bland). I was visiting from the West Coast, so maybe I'm just used to better tasting sushi (even at an all-you-can-eat place)? Could've been just an off day considering the rating of the restaurant

Not only is the manager is so kind and appreciative, the food is wonderful. I’ve worked in the industry since I was in my early twenties, and never met a manager that had such a warm and welcoming aura, and who goes above and beyond as well for customers; making sure they’re comfortable and happy with their food.

I got the spicy ramen that had the perfect amount of spice, as well as noodles and garnishes. I highly recommend! For dessert, I chose the fried ice cream that was incredible.

With cooler temperature arriving, Aki will be seeing me again!

guys. sushi? fantasticical. service? amazing. miso soup? wow. 1000/10 experience. i’m already trying to go back. i woke up the next morning and wanted more. i never knew i could obtain withdrawals from sushi… go.

Tastes below average. Ingredients did not taste fresh. My bf and I were dizzy after eating. We came on a Sunday night for all you can eat sushi. Maybe the staff was rushed because there was a football game that night and we were seated next to a large group, but still. No excuse for poor ingredient quality, especially the vegetables, in our sushi. The eel was ok.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere and Phil was so attentive!
