I grew up on homemade Middle Eastern food made daily by my parents, so I’m very picky when it comes to authenticity. I’ve tried a few places that just didn’t hit the mark—but AL SHAM in Chalfont is a straight 10/10!! Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!! THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SERVE ME SPOILED SLIMY BAD RICE ,I ordered the mix 2kebab platter , I WAS EATING THE MEAT FIRST AFTER I ATE MY SALAD, I went to go for the rice and it was so slimy n disgusting!!
