Relaxed, calm spot with delicious Ethiopian food, coffee, and a market of spices and other dry goods. The lentil soup is incredible, full of spices and freshness. I tasted my friend's eggplant dish and it was also amazing. The woman running the cafe was so sweet, she explained how to use different spice blends in the market. Can't wait to return to try more from their menu!
Great cafe to sit & work on your laptop. Delicious food, the Alif special coffee is amazing & the only place you can get it in Philly

The mini market is great and they carry a brand of soda called Buzz, I think ... It's become my favorite.
The coffee has been consistently good. I'm not a coffee expert, other than having drank it daily for the past 30 years, and I like it.
As for fresh food, I've enjoyed different types of croissants and small filled puff...
