I always get the steak and eggs with a side of French toast. The steak is a little tough but the marinade is so good, and the scrambled eggs with cheese are so fluffy and perfect. The French toast is a buttery sin. My servers have always been attentive and polite, and my coffee and water stay full. My one knock on this place is that the going in and out of the delivery drivers and the DoorDash chime may ruin the atmosphere for some. A totally accurate rating would be 4.5 but I love going here so it gets the full 5 Stars

I came in early afternoon (around 11am). The place was clean with soft music playing. I was greeted promptly by the server and self sat. I ordered the chicken and waffles with a strawberry lemonade. The strawberry lemonade was delicious ! The wait for my order wasn’t too long and the food was hot and well plated. I enjoyed every part of my experience at the restaurant. Then I ordered the short ribs to go.

I'm not sure if they're under new management or if there is new staff. I'm pregnant and usually order the scrapple and home fries combo off of Uber eats for months now. Today coincidentally when I added extra homefries, I didn't receive any scrapple at all. When I brought to staffs attention, they were extremely rude and told me its either scrapple or home fries, not both even though that's what I've been receiving since February 2025. The exchange resulted in me having to pay $7 extra dollars to appease my craving for 1 piece of scrapple. Don't order off of Uber eats because they do not honor the menu, especially if owner is not in house.
Stopped for lunch after seeing Bartram's Garden. Friendly service, but not fast which tells me they take care and put love into every dish. The beef short ribs and grits were spectacular. Fantastic flavors, meat was cooked perfectly, and southern grits done right. Delicious meal, plus the fruit lemonades are a must!

Omg. First time and it was well worth it! Food, service atmosphere excellent. Had the seafood omelette bursting with crab meat and shrimps, it did not disappoint. Hubby had chicken cheesesteak he was well pleased. Got fish platters for take home. Pack patients as chef do they thing in that overly clean kitchen 🫶
