We love Carbon!! West Philly is so lucky to have them. Their beers are excellent (the Gully is my go-to), the staff is awesome, and the food is delish! The pizza of the week always keeps us on our toes in the best way. Highly recommend!
Awesome beer selection and pizza. Great successor to my fav Philly brewery Dock Street.
Something about soft serve with blood orange olive oil + sea salt is incredibly sexy for a casual bite in near-deep West. The luxuriously weighted golden cutlery is a pleasant surprise every time. If I had a first date I wanted to impress without overdoing it, this would be the place.
