I can’t imagine having a better dining experience. The creativity of the menu paired perfectly with the ambiance and the personable nature of the team. It felt like we were their guests in a way that other restaurants give lip service to. The food was phenomenal. I will continue singing the praise of this establishment for a very long time. What an evening.
Very nice experience to sit in the kitchen and observe how the kitchen works with many chefs in it. They are great as a team.
Food. I like the dessert dish of peach very much. The courses showcase some culinary skills, but I am looking for more sophisticated ingredients and transformations at the price point of 300$ per person. Disappointingly, I found the savory dishes are way over powered by butter.

We had been wanting to come here for a very long time as we are huge fans of Southwark and it ultimately not only didn't disappoint but exceeded our expectations.
Small, super intimate table with people who quickly became friends. The service was personable, friendly, funny (?), but also so professional. It was a tasting menu that was clearly thought out with a delightful wine pairing in a way that wasn't pretentious in the slightest, as some are....
