I was brought up to the lounge in the exclusive elevator by the Red Cap personnel who was extremely helpful. I then checked in with an Amtrak person at the desk who was also quite friendly and helpful. There were snacks such as muffins, bags of chips, etc. as well as drinks such as bottled water, soda, coffee, etc. It was a nice quiet atmosphere with seating arranged behind glass to look out over the station. This is a unique, Relaxing, and very clean space. They have good stations for working, lounge sitting and a little coffee station with some beverages and some snacks. They have a super clean bathroom. You have access to your platform directly from the lounge. It's worth the price.
Crowded, lots of delays. The information desk is no help! The only good thing is the building itself. It's an old building and part of Philadelphia's history. There is only 1 spot in the place to get some kind of drink or food. Also have vending machines that are overly priced! Just enjoy the building.
