We were in the area and took a chance. What a wonderful discovery. The four of us had a very pleasant experience. All the food was great. Ambience is relaxed and the place is very comfortable. The owner and staff couldn't be more welcoming and accommodating; glad you're there. We will definitely be back.

I believe our waitress's name was Sofia. I'll start there because she had great energy, managed all the tables (only waitress, it was lunch) well, and gave spot on recommendations. I've yet to have a bad thing from this restaurant, I've really been wanting to try the pasta, it didn't disappoint. At this point I would recommend it for all options of food, dine in or take out. The food I would say is close family style, portion wise. I just want to say, Giuseppe & Sons wishes they were this good. It's also very reasonable priced.

I've only ordered on GrubHub but the food here is off the charts. I specifically love the fettucine Alfredo with their homemade sauce and the buffalo chicken tenders are always cooked perfectly. I'm a big foodie when it comes to Italian food, especially pasta, this place checks all the boxes and is my #1 go to for pasta! Try it, you will be addicted!

This neighborhood Italian spot is an absolute favorite. The menu is full of comfort classics, but the real standouts are the macaroni and cheese balls—crispy on the outside, noodle-y on the inside, and totally addictive. We order them pretty much every single time. And save room for dessert because the chocolate cake is unreal. Rich, moist, and the perfect ending to the meal. I love how it also comes with a recommended time to heat it up- if you’re getting delivery. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, service is friendly, and it has that kind of local charm that keeps you coming back. A true neighborhood gem—highly recommend!!

(BTW I saw a 1 star review attributed to David Weiss saying Angelino’s was “discriminatory” which was totally nuts— super nice people and must be phony because the alleged Mr. Weiss also lists the meal cost as $50 -100 person — at a pizza place! . ... Their vodka pasta is customizable and you can do whatever pasta type you want. Their vodka sauce is sooo flavorful in a way that I haven’t found in any other Italian restaurant in the city, and I’ve been to the top ones. This is the best vodka pasta I’ve ever had from a restaurant hands down.
We ordered a large cheese pizza and a large vodka pizza for carry out. They were very solid! Half of us preferred the vodka and the other half preferred the cheese. The cheese pizza was good but I thought it could use more sauce. The vodka pizza was fresh and so flavorful, I favored this one. Order was ready on time and the inside looks very cozy!

Thanks to the staff at Angelinos for welcoming us even as you were closing. We’re visitors from Boston and needed some carbs for the Philadelphia Marathon. The pasta was delicious, and the service—especially from Sofia—was excellent. You made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
