Applebee's Grill + Bar

This use to be our favorite “quick stop” to grab something cheap to eat. Typically we would always have a pleasant experience here until we got placed with this older African American female waitress twice who always wears her hair in a head wrap who name starts with a letter “T” it’s a unique name, hard to pronounce. She is very unkind, unwelcoming, and cold to the black customers (what we are), but was very polite, over accommodating, and extremely professional to the white customers. I did leave my concerns with management about her because we’ve visit this business A LOT and we ALWAYS TIP THE SERVERS PLUS THE BARTENDER VERY WELL! Angela, Zion, Bobbi, the African American male manager, and the kind female light skin bartender whose name I never got are always professional and kind! However, being placed in the waitress “T” section twice after I made a valid complaint about her customer service towards us has caused us to decide to give this spot a break for a while. I don’t like spending money in places where ALL the staff isn’t kind and professional. I will miss the few amazing employees we did have the privilege to meet there, but our $30-$100 tips will be in our wallets until she finds another place to work at cause I don’t want to seem like I’m nitpicking if we’re placed in her section again. Plus, if multiple customers have complained about the same waitress about the same exact experience then clearly we all can’t be lying about our unwelcoming experience with her. It only takes one bad apple for me to fall back and say, “Naw, I’m good”. Until they hire more servers to replace her, I’ll be on to the next location.

My church ( about 40 of us) had an awesome time at the Andorra Applebee's. The manager Roosevelt (Rosie) and the servers were amazing. They were kind inviting attentive and patient. The food was hot fresh and delicious ! It was so refreshing to see customer service and quality still exists. We can't wait until our next visit.

Manager Rosie hosted church gathering of 27 people. Allocated proper number of wait staff. Everyone was satisfied with taste and presentation of Food

This was a very clean restaurant and the food was delicious. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The Manager Rosie was very polite and helpful. I definitely will be coming back here.

Unfortunately, I feel the service at this Applebee's is the worst because we sat at our table for 30 minutes and still no one waited on us. We left and will not be coming back.
