Assembly Rooftop Lounge

The drinks weren't very impressive, and the 22 dollars they charged for two of us to go that isn't even deducted from the tab is pretty steep for what you get. We walked down the road to Con Murphy's Irish bar a few blocks down, and the drinks there was much better. And we didn't have to pay 22 dollars to book, wouldn't recommend.

They waited until we arrived to tell us they don’t have seating for us after making a reservation and paying full price!!

While seated on the outdoor rooftop area during a cold fall evening the seating area we were located at had a heater that was not turned on. Upon attempting to turn the heater on, a staff member came to us immediately and yelled at us to not touch the heater despite us explaining that it was not on and us being well versed in how the heaters work. The staff member then disappeared and did not return. We had to get up from our seating area to inquire if the staff was going to turn on the heater to which none of the staff members were able to give an answer. Only members of the staff that deserve to be paid are the bartenders.

Atmosphere is fine, with a lot of street noise, everything else is meh… waiters absolutely inattentive. Wouldn’t go again.

Main problem was this place started closing like an hour before the listed time. the guy came around shutting down the fire pits, turning on the lights, and even playing closing time

Attended a birthday party here on 9/26/2024, the service was really good and the atmosphere nice. Early on 9/27/2024, 4 people started having symptoms of food poisoning ( Lettuce wraps with shrimp), which lasted throughout the weekend. It is now 10/7/2024 and I still have symptoms. I had to go to the emergency room twice, I will report to the health department.

Someone give Justice a raise, because she was honestly one of the BEST waitresses I have ever had anywhere! She made my birthday dinner so, incredibly special! The food was amazing! Everything from the ambience, to the food was outstanding! I highly recommend the Shrimp Lettuce wraps were honestly my favorite, I had to order 2 orders!

I had to change my review. I booked this place well in advance for my anniversary. We were seated and sat for a half hour, no waiter came over at all. Forty minutes in I went to tell the host that this was unacceptable. She replied that she would refund my holding fee. But the place wasn't even crowded, I do not understand why a waiter never came over.

It’s my birthday and my bf didn’t have physical ID on him, just a picture on the phone. He’s 37… I get the rules and everything but ruining birthday night for me and not accepting a picture ID of the person who’s close to 40 kinda bad.

Not the best experience but the views were amazing 🤩 first if you don’t make a reservation for the weekend then don’t bother to come to this place, we were exploring the city and decided to go to the rooftop for drinks and food. Right after they opened at 4 pm all the tables were reserved, yes the host advised us that if the people who reserved the tables would show up they would move us but literally not 15 minutes were passed and they came to move us from the table, I didn’t even finish my drink 🍹 and hopefully we didn’t order food because I would have to eat it standing. All the tables were taken so we had to leave the place and look for a new place to eat somewhere else 😏

Parking: Really high prices for parking 🅿️ almost comparable to nyc 🗽

Horrible service, they asked for ID. Even though you have it virtually, and you are 26 years olds. Not even the bar in the hotel asked you for physical ID. It’s a lounge, not a night club
