I love the bagels from here, but twice in a row now I’ve ordered two bagels for delivery and only received one. When my order arrives the ticket only shows one but I’ve paid for two. So then, I have to order again, pay fees twice, tip twice, etc. I don’t know why my order keeps coming incomplete, but maybe it’s time to find another bagel shop.

At this point, I have to assume they’re messing up delivery orders on purpose because they’re tired of dealing with them. If you order 3 things, you get 2 and if you order 2, you get 1. It’s been 3 months and I forgot about their BS and ordered again, whoops same old issues. You will 100% not get your full order through delivery so don’t bother.

They make a good bagel. The quality of the specialty cream cheeses and amount they put on a bagel seem to be wildly inconsistent. Service is just okay, but it has been improving.
I usually get Cookie Monster Cream Cheese, which has always been a rich blue and packed with cookies before. The past couple of times, it’s basically baby blue cream cheese.
Sometimes I think it’s the best bagel place. Other times I unwrap my bagel and question why I waste my time here.

i regularly order bagels from this place but they almost never get the order correct. about 8/10 times my order is incorrect. the bagels are actually really good but im starting to realize they arent good enough to keep receiving incorrect orders. if you order from here make sure your order is correct before leaving and if you order online add instructions to double check the order before they send it because they arent the greatest at reading instructions.

I ordered $70 this week with coworkers, and while we were all enjoying our bagels and breakfast sandwiches, one of the bagels (Oreo with cookies and cream cream cheese) had 2 pieces of hair in it. I went on their website to fill out the form and didn’t hear back from them, so then I found an email and reached out to them… with pictures of their in my food and I still haven’t heard anything back. While mistakes happen and they’re forgivable, lack of customer service is something we do not look past so we will not be visiting again which is a shame because I really tried NOT to have to go this route.

I ordered DoorDash from here and they were out of GF bagels. No big deal, but they called and were incredibly rude. The girl expected me to just swap it out but it’s a dietary restriction. And it made her mad that I couldn’t.
I asked her to cancel and she just stayed silent and then hung up, proceeding to then take a long time to cancel the order.

Wow! They had a delicious vegan option (plant based kid breakfast sandwich with vegan sausage/egg/cheese) that I got on an everything bagel. The gentleman who helped me out was great, and made my sandwich perfectly. Will be visiting again!
They don’t know how to use their Uber Eats app so I didn’t know they didn’t even have what I ordered until the driver called me which makes no sense. Done ordering here, they can never get it right.
