Hidden on Samson Street between 15 & 16th Streets in Philadelphia, you’ll find 1518 Bar & Grill. Hitting at happy hour was a treat, an extensive appetizer menu is a treat for those who are indecisive like my beautiful wife. Where can you get Shrimp with Mushrooms Risotto, Fried Scallops, a Crab Cake sandwich, and a Lamb Gyro on your way to a concert at the Kimmel Center? At the 1518 Bar and Grill! Everyone in our party raved about their meal, though our meals went from "bar food" to restaurant food. Our cocktails were also very good.
