Better menu for happy hr needed ASAP but other then that this place was amazing!
Good spot for SIPs. Plenty of bars setup so you're not waiting in line for a drink forever. The balcony fills up quick but plenty of standing room. Can't complain about the view of City Hall either.
Went for sips yesterday. Clearly if you want to sit outside you have to be there when the bar opens. Too many people “holding” spaces/chairs for people who never showed up. Had a Chardonnay which was like water AND served in a plastic cup! Sorry I don’t do drinks in plastic how tacky. Decided after that to try the woohoo drink. It was premixed which should have been a big red flag. It was basically fruit punch. Very disappointing; if you’re looking to just be seen and stand outside I guess this is for you. Otherwise I say skip.
Went for Sips last week. Long lines for drinks and the food menu was completely different to what was posted online. They were out of most of their drink specials by 6pm, and had limited drinks otherwise. Definitely not a typical full bar. The view is great but it’s definitely windy up there. I might go back if it wasn’t so crowded. Not sure if they have other days they are open during the summer.
Food quality was in line with a spot inside the hotel. The wait staff was super attentive for a buffet.
Inside of the Doubletree Hotel. This is a very nice hotel restaurant. Breakfast was tasty and well-prepared.
Places gets very crowded but the clientele seemed like a way older crowd. Not my scene but the place was nice
Fun, but WAY too loud! Could barely have conversations

A pop up that delivers on its presentation and atmosphere.
Great spot for Sips. Overlooks Broad Street. Gets pretty packed so come early.
