Service is top notch. Everything was delicious except for the bass which was very hard to cut with the fork and knife and it felt inconsistently cooked throughout. It was a grilled bass but some parts of it matched the same texture as sushi which was concerning. I looked around and it look like other diners were struggling to cut it as well. Went here for dinner on Wednesday 3/6. Our server (Bill) was absolutely outstanding. The food was creative, and cooked to perfection. I recommend this place wholeheartedly and without reservation.

The service was excellent. The food was also good, we enjoyed the tasting menu which had some surprising dishes such as the carrot & egg custard. The bread and nduja was also a nice addition. However, we spent over $800 between the two of us with tips included (with the tasting menu priced at $215) which I think is way too overpriced.
