Everything about this dining experience is brag worthy! The ambiance, the food, the service and the entertainment. Everyone was accommodating from the time we arrive until the time we e left. Definitely will return!

Happy hour M-F 3-6p is a nice new treat to center city. Great beer selections for $5, fewer wines for $8 and cocktails for $10. Loch burger ($9) was worth every penny and when they're not sold out, get it, this does not disappoint. Tuna poke ($8) was decent, probably could use a few avocado cubes and less soy sauce. The best fish and chips I have ever had. Love fish and chips and just recently went to what was rated the best in Scotland at The We Chippy in Anstruther where the fish and chips were very good. Loch Bars' fish and chips are in a whole other stratosphere. The batter was light and crunchy with a perfect crackle and just the right amount of salt while the fish was perfectly cooked moist and tender and the chips just perfect.
