Bambu is a great spot if you’re in the mood for a Vietnamese dessert or boba! Customer service can be hit or miss on occasions, but bambu has been fairly consistent over the years
I have always loved Bambu, but this was my first time at this location and I was disappointed with the service. I originally wanted a black chai milk tea which was available on the menu behind the counter, but when I tried, the worker said “We don’t do that. We don’t follow the menu.” What does that even mean? I ended up ordering a chai latte instead since she was kind of pushy and wouldn’t let me look at the menu for something else. My drink was still quite good, so...
The cashier was so nice to me. I didn't know how to order the drink, so I kept saying "yellow beans and coconut milk." I thought she was going to lose her patience with me, but she got my order right and smiled when she handed it to me. I was almost ready to cry because of how sweet she was??
