Michael Symon is one of my favorite celebrity chefs. He has a wonderful approach to food and flavor. This is an airport restaurant. It shouldn't be your choice if you have a rush to catch a flight. I felt like it took a moment to sit my group of three, but once sat we received great service. My food was good. The parm fries are just canned/fine ground parm....not worth the extra cost. The place has great vibes, takes you out of the airport for a moment. I walked in an hour before close. Service was good, beer was cold. Food was burnt - I got the Pierogi's and Kielbasa and the sausages were straight black and just tasted burnt.
Would come back for drinks with a vibe and try something else.

I have been here a bunch of times and have always had the same wonderful waitress, Bancheam recognized me, took amazing care of me, and has such a wonderful positive energy! Can’t wait to come back and ask for her next time!!
