I travel through PHL often and usually grab a Jamba Juice. But today I was next in line at about 5 p.m. and the employee, who was in the middle of making a smoothie, looked up to me and a few other people and said they were closed. It looked like they were normally open until 9, so maybe it is a staffing issue or something. But a sign or a manager there to talk to people would be a better solution, rather than a hurried and overworked employee there by herself.
I had absolutely no interest in visiting any of the food options nearby this Jamba Juice which was conveniently located near the United Airlines gate within Terminal D of Philadelphia International Airport.It took minutes for me to be acknowledged at the counter due to the employees cleaning in the back which I had no problem with.
