Desperately understaffed and understocked. If you have a long wait for your flight, it's worth waiting for a classic Jamba smoothie. Otherwise, you'll likely find speedier options up and down the concourse.

I travel through PHL often and usually grab a Jamba Juice. But today I was next in line at about 5 p.m. and the employee, who was in the middle of making a smoothie, looked up to me and a few other people and said they were closed. It looked like they were normally open until 9, so maybe it is a staffing issue or something. But a sign or a manager there to talk to people would be a better solution, rather than a hurried and overworked employee there by herself.

I had absolutely no interest in visiting any of the food options nearby this Jamba Juice which was conveniently located near the United Airlines gate within Terminal D of Philadelphia International Airport. It took minutes for me to be acknowledged at the counter due to the employees cleaning in the back which I had no problem with. Once I spotted the IMPOSSIBLE, I was ready to order. However, the employee (Kaffo D) mentioned that it was not available, as well as the spring veggie which was my alternative choice to the IMPOSSIBLE. Bummer! As much as I wanted to move on to the next, I stuck with Jamba. I ended up ordering a banana along with a medium Aloha Pineapple smoothie rather than the Razzmatazz, Strawberries Wild, Strawberry Surf Rider, or the Caribbean Passion which were other interests of mine. And all were selections I have ordered and enjoyed during past experiences with Jamba Juice as well. For me there were no disappointments in the medium Aloha Pineapple smoothie ordered. I was satisfied with the visual appeal of it along with its taste which I enjoyed as I waited in the United Airlines gate area. All in all, I had an okay ordering experience with this Jamba Juice. However, if I had a craving for a sandwich while inside of this terminal again, I would not order from due to the likelihood of them not having it. Now as for a smoothie, yes!~ Be Kind. ALWAYS. ~Thomas G

Worker sitting inside at 6:30pm telling everyone she’s closed. Lights all on and google says closes 11pm.

We wanted a smoothie at the airport the cashier told us it was closed although it said they closed at 11pm he also kept taking orders and while blending a smoothie told us he was closed because he didn't have a blender worst service

I normally love Jamba Juice, but not here. I ordered the Acai Antioxidant smoothie and the worker used water or something instead of the listed vanilla milk. It just tasted like very watered down juice. I ended up throwing away about $9 of my $10 drink. Another customer walked up to have her drink remade while I was standing there. Clearly I wasn't the only one.

Extremely slow, long wait, just to find out they’re out of apple juice, pear juice and lemonade. If you’re out of half your juices some sort of sign would be nice.

It's a Jamba Juice franchise. What do you want? Highschoolers slinging drinks at a price that makes em money.

Great service, tasted fresh. Typical Jamba Juice product. Prices a bit on the higher end, but it's what you'd expect at an airport.

The woman who was working couldn't help the situation but she was clearly upset. Only one person working and they had run out of basically everything... after waiting in line for 20 minutes we were informed one by one they didn't have any ingredients. In someways this is reality with supply issues and employee issues however you've got to communicate and not make people who are trying to catch a flight wait so long to be told that they can't order anything.

Said was open, but closed when I got there. Fix your hours!

A day to celebrate not only being an American but Jamba Juice having a location next to my airline terminal ! Lucky for FRANK there was this oasis of tasty beverages so I could quench my thirst while waiting for a plane home. I stepped right up and said " Aloha Pineapple" please and bam it was ready! Tasted wonderful and a much needed treat after the drive from Atlantic City to Philly airport. Thanks for have such wonderful beverages and making America Great !

Poor customer service. After I explained to the cashier that he incorrectly charged me for an item, he told me that the prices are correct and that they just haven't changed the price labels yet. When I advised him that they should change them soon to avoid confusion. He half-rolled his eyes and dismissed what I said.
